A chap called Felix approached me about helping him design a jersey and T-shirt for him to help him fundraise for @pancreaticcanuk and @hdstiftungchirurgie in support of his dad who’s battling the awful disease too.

Both the T-shirt and jersey feature a quote, ’Quäl dich, du Sau!’ Which is what Udo Bölts shouted at Jan Ullrich in the 1998 Tour de France. Felix mentioned after his dad’s first round of chemo, he was feeling really down and finding the whole situation tough.

So Felix purchased him Udo Bölts’ book about that race as some motivation. It roughly translates to ‘Keep pushing, you pig.’ Ullrich was about to crack and give up when Udo yelled this at him during the mountain stages. He kept on pushing, defended the yellow jersey against Pantani and later won the Tour.

It really is a real honour and I feel incredibly privileged to have been able to have helped with this design. This one means a lot to me, as my grandad passed away with pancreatic cancer. On discussion, Felix and I have decided to release the jersey available to you as a pre order with ALL profits going to Pancreatic Cancer UK. We need to sell a minimum of 10 for the order to go ahead.

Same rules apply as with the previous designs, these jerseys are available as a pre order only and made to order. No extra stock will be made and once the pre order window closes, that’s it! They won’t be manufactured again, so if you were disappointed to have missed out on the previous designs, hopefully this one ticks your boxes like it does for me!

Made by friends at Attacus, these Road Jerseys are designed to be worn skin tight with no excess fabric or ruffles when in a riding position.

The jersey is a PRE ORDER, with the final order going in on the 4th April at 10:00am. The kit would be expected to arrive in the UK late July. If the minimum of 10 is not sold by the end of the pre order window, orders will be refunded after the pre order closing.

Jerseys will be posted out direct from Attacus HQ so please understand that your postage details will be passed on to Attacus to fulfil the order. £5 UK delivery. £10 rest of the world.

RETURNS OF CUSTOM AND PRE-ORDERED GOODS

For custom-made items, and items bought via a pre-order, each product will be made based on your specific order. We can therefore only accept returns if:
a) You receive the wrong product (the wrong size, for instance); or
b) if the product is faulty.

We will try to replace or repair custom or pre-ordered products that are faulty if you let us know about the fault within 14 days of your order being delivered to you. When your order is delivered, please check it carefully. After 14 days we can't guarantee to either repair or accept any returns of goods.
