RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We hope you love your new kit. But if you change your mind, please don't hesitate to get in contact with us and we'll sort you out with either an exchange or refund. Please see our returns page for further details.
GIFT CARDS, DISCOUNT CODES, PROMOTIONS AND COMPETITIONS
Gift cards and discount codes are redeemable as whole or part payment on products in the online store. They are only valid at www.zero-lemon.com. The value of a gift card or discount code cannot be exchanged for cash. They cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights.
Zero Lemon reserves the right to terminate access to gift cards, discount codes or promotions due to abuse or for any reason. Zero Lemon reserves the right to change or terminate access to discount codes or promotions without notice, or limit quantities available for purchase on certain products. Zero Lemon discount codes or promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or sales. Any discounts can not be applied retrospectively. Should a refund be required on a multi-product discount or promotion, the value of the cheapest item will be refunded first regardless of which item is returned.
Free gifts and prizes won as part of competitions cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or alternative products.
INDUSTRY DISCOUNT SCHEME
The Zero Lemon Industry Discount Scheme is exclusively for full-time employees working in the cycling and outdoor sports industry. You must be employed at the point of purchase and application - you will be expected to provide evidence of this. The unique discount codes issued and products purchased using these codes are solely for personal use and are not for resale or gifting. Discount codes cannot be transferred to others. Zero Lemon reserves the right to terminate access to the Zero Lemon Industry Discount Scheme and cancel any outstanding orders due to abuse or for any other reason. The Zero Lemon Industry Discount Scheme is only valid at www.zero-lemon.com . Zero Lemon reserves the right to change or terminate access to the Zero Lemon Industry Discount Scheme without notice, or limit quantities available for purchase on certain products. The Zero Lemon Industry Discount Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or sales. The discount can not be applied retrospectively. This scheme is not transferable and there is no cash equivalent. This scheme runs on a 12 months basis starting from the 1st of January. Each year you will need to re-apply to the scheme. You will also need to re-apply if you use your scheme code more than 10 times within the operational 12 month period.
DELIVERY
The delivery times provided by Zero Lemon are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or damage relating to late deliveries.
Order will not be shipped until all items in the order are available for dispatch. If your order contains items that display a delayed delivery date, your entire order will not be shipped until delayed items are ready for dispatch. If you’d like available items to arrive sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders – one for delayed items items, and one for other items.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Zero Lemon can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. Zero Lemon is not responsible for items 'returned to sender' that are not received.
Please bear in mind some items are made to order. These items will be dispatched directly to you from the manufacturer and will arrive at a different time to other products.
CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTIES
Some international orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. These are not included in your order total. Our shipping charges cover transport only and will not include any extra import liabilities imposed. When a customer confirms an order they accept full responsibility for any customs charges incurred. Zero Lemon does not have any control over these charges and is unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own country’s regulations and compliances. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office before making a payment online.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Zero Lemon reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to decline that order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
If we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you as soon as possible, and your credit card/debit card or Paypal account will be refunded in the event that your order is not accepted.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you want to cancel an order please contact us at . If we are notified before the goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate cancellations.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
In the case of errors or omissions on the website, Zero Lemon reserves the right to refund your order prior to the goods being despatched. Zero Lemon reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of Zero Lemon’s products are correct. The colours shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.
